YU Opens Customer Care Centres in India
YU Televentures Pvt Ltd. has made quite a market in a small period of time by launching four Cyanogen mod powered Android phones. These phones have the features of a high end phone but they come with an affordable price. Users who could’nt afford to purchase a flagship phone and use high end features were very happy with YU as now they could experience elite functions at less price.
The CEO of Micromax which is in collaboration with YU Televentures quoted that “If you are buying a phone which is available online, then why should you have an offline service centre”. This may make sense to some but YU users were not satisfied with the online customer care centre system. The YU devices are Cyanogen mod which had some heating as well software issues which needed to be resolved immediately for custome satisfaction but the online system was time consuming and users were having a hard time trusting it. But it seems that YU has finally found the solution to this problem with this decision.
