The low-end Oppo A33 smartphone officially launched
The low-end Oppo A33 smartphone has now been officially launched. It was certified by TENAA earlier this year in September which means that the phone was tested for safety and it passed. Being a low-end model it still has quite decent features one can look forward to. Let us have a look at its features and specifications.
Oppo A33 Specifications
Talking about the processor, Oppo A33 is powered by a Snapdragon 410 SoC with 1.2 GHz quad-core Cortex-A53 CPU. It sports a 5-inch display screen and 960×540 pixel resolution. The handset comes with 2GB RAM and is packed in a 2,400mAh battery. Also, the phone has an internal storage of 16GB. Coming to the camera, the Oppo A33 features 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front shooter. It weighs 146 grams with 142.7 × 71.7 × 7.55 (mm) dimensions. The device runs the company’s own Android 5.1 Lollipop-based ColorOS 2.1. Connectivity options of the Oppo A33 include Bluetooth 4.0, MicroUSB 2.0, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, and GPS/A-GPS. It is available in two color variants – black and white.
The Oppo A33 has only been launched in China for now. It has a price tag of RMB 1,499 (around $235), however it’s listed as ‘out of stock’ currently. This equates to approximately $235, £155 or Rs. 15,500. The price seems to be pretty high for a low-end smartphone especially comparing it to its previously rumored equivalent price of around $125. Also, pricing can vary according to market. The price of the model could have been set a little lower as the market is filled with smartphones like Meizu M2 Note, Lenovo K3 Note and Yu Yureka Plus which have similar (or better) features at a decent price range.
Oppo which is known for it amazing smartphone is also expected to launch a smartphone which will compete against the high end smartphones of other Giants like LG, Samsung , Lenovo . Apple and more
